Coney Island REDO

James I. Weil, wrote the poem Coney Island Life. This author wrote this poem about the challenges you go through in life. For example, the up's and down's you go through in life, like a roller coaster or the big question in life, of when the game is going to be finally over.
In this poem, James I. Weil wrote it in a very interesting way. For example, when he wrote "helium hopes break skywards without me". I think this phare means that sometimes all your hopes and dreams just go away. But you have to deal with it because maybe it just wasn't meant to be.
In the poem, I like how the author structured his poem. For example, when he wrote "on this planet-carousel" "and ask". When he did this, he really emphasized the "and ask" part to make sure the reader really thinks about this phares
I like how in this quote "I take perhaps my last ride on this carousel and ask- how man more times around I have to catch that brass right sun before the game is up ". In this quote he compares a game of carousel to his life and dreams, questioning to himself how long am I going to live. Will I ever reach my goals and dreams in time.
So overall, after really analyzing this poem, I realized that his poem was really about his life. Comparing it to an amusement park, roller coasters and carousels. Asking to himself, how long more am I going to live or reach my goals/ dreams until this game is over? And comparing his high and low points of life to a roller coaster, having their up's and down's.
